FREE SHIPPING on all devices within the continental United States, including:

  • BioShieldUV Classic Series (S18, S36, S72)

Replacement UV Bulbs

  • Shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout
  • Shipping charges vary based on quantity, weight, and destination address
  • Bulk orders are eligible for per-unit shipping discounts (the more you order, the more you save on shipping)

Guardian Club Subscriptions

  • Standard ground shipping rates apply
  • Automatically shipped every 10 months
  • No expedited shipping available for subscription orders
  • First shipment includes spare bulbs

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Ground: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited: 2-3 business days (when available)
  • Express: 1-2 business days (when available)

Canada Shipping

  • Standard: 7-14 business days
  • Expedited: 3-7 business days

Missing Package Protocol

  3. Wait 2 business days (packages often appear)
  4. We'll file carrier claim after waiting period
  5. Replacement sent via expedited shipping

Damaged in Transit

  • Report within 48 hours
  • Send photos of damage and packaging
  • Immediate replacement via expedited shipping
  • We handle carrier claims

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November-January):

  • Order early for holiday delivery
  • Processing may take 1-2 extra days
  • Carriers experience delays
  • Expedited shipping recommended for time-sensitive orders

Address Errors

Customer Responsibility

Please verify your shipping address. We're not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change your address. Once shipped, address changes will incur additional fees.
