Day Return Window

BioShieldUV provides a comprehensive 90-day return policy for devices only from the date of delivery. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

⚠ Important: UV Bulbs Are NOT Eligible for Refunds

This policy applies to BioShieldUV devices only — UV bulbs and consumables are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances. UV bulbs have a 14-day Dead on Arrival (DOA) replacement-only policy. Guardian Club members receive a 6-month bulb warranty (replacement only, no refunds).

What Can & Cannot Be Returned

  • All BioShieldUV devices within 90 days of delivery
  • Products in used or opened condition acceptable
  • Original packaging preferred but not required
  • All components and accessories must be included
✗ What CANNOT Be Returned
  • UV bulbs — NO REFUNDS EVER (14-day DOA replacement only, unless covered by Guardian Club warranty)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items from unauthorized retailers
  • Products damaged from misuse or improper installation
  • Items without RMA number

⚠ UV Bulbs — Absolutely No Refunds

UV bulbs are consumable products. Once shipped, no refund will be issued for UV bulbs under any circumstances. If a bulb arrives non-functional (Dead on Arrival), you have 14 days to report it for a replacement only. Guardian Club members receive extended warranty coverage (replacement only, never refund).

How to Return Your Product

Follow these four simple steps to initiate and complete your return.

Request an RMA

Contact our customer service team to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Package Your Return

Securely package all items being returned. Include your RMA number clearly visible on or inside the box. Include all original components and accessories.

Ship Your Return

Choose any carrier of your preference. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend trackable, insured shipping. Save your tracking number.

Receive Your Refund

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation. Funds are returned to your original payment method.

  • All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • No prepaid labels are provided for standard returns
  • Insurance on return shipments is recommended
  • UV Bulbs — NO REFUNDS EVER

  • Prepaid return label provided at no cost
  • Replacement shipped via expedited shipping at no cost
  • Full refund including original shipping charges if preferred

Processing Time

7–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and refund processing, plus an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund on your statement.

  • 14-day DOA policy — REPLACEMENT ONLY, NO REFUNDS
  • Report non-functioning bulbs within 14 days of delivery
  • Defective bulbs are replaced, never refunded
  • Guardian Club members: 6-month warranty Replacement Only

International Returns

International customers may return devices under the same 90-day policy. Please note the following additional considerations:

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or duties incurred during return transit.
  • Customs duties and import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable, as these are collected by your country's government, not BioShieldUV.
  • Additional processing time may apply for international returns due to customs clearance and extended shipping times.
