Day Return Window

BioShieldUV provides a comprehensive 90-day return policy for devices only from the date of delivery. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

⚠ Important: UV Bulbs Are NOT Eligible for Refunds

This policy applies to BioShieldUV devices only — UV bulbs and consumables are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances. UV bulbs have a 14-day Dead on Arrival (DOA) replacement-only policy. Guardian Club members receive a 6-month bulb warranty (replacement only, no refunds).

  • All BioShieldUV devices within 90 days of delivery
  • Products in used or opened condition acceptable
  • Original packaging preferred but not required
  • All components and accessories must be included
✗ What CANNOT Be Returned
  • UV bulbs — NO REFUNDS EVER (14-day DOA replacement only, unless covered by Guardian Club warranty)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items from unauthorized retailers
  • Products damaged from misuse or improper installation
  • Items without RMA number

Embedded Postage & Logistics Fee — How It Works


To keep our premium UV-C purification systems as accessible as possible without padding our upfront retail margins, we do not charge a separate shipping fee at checkout. To support this lean pricing model, the actual Embedded Postage & Logistics Fee required to move these specialized devices through our fulfillment network is built directly into each item's purchase price based on its specific SKU.

⚠ Non-Refundable Postage Fee Deductions

Because these represent real, fixed operational transit and warehouse handling costs, the built-in postage fee is strictly non-refundable. If you choose to return an authorized device within your 90-day window, the Embedded Postage & Logistics Fee associated with the item will be deducted from your final refund amount.

This standard deduction represents a multi-stage logistical cost offset covering:

  • Two-Way Carrier Costs: Covers the high freight costs of the initial outbound shipping to your address, alongside return transit processing.
  • Specialized Protective Packaging: Covers the specialized industrial boxing and heavy-duty secure-wrapping required to transport fragile electrical and sanitization equipment safely.
  • Fulfillment Center Re-entry: Covers comprehensive physical safety inspections, electronic hardware testing, re-tagging, and secure re-shelving at our processing facility.

*Because individual hardware weights and shipping dimensions vary significantly across our catalog, logistics fees are calculated dynamically per SKU.

How to Return Your Product


Follow these four simple steps to initiate and complete your return.

Request an RMA

Contact our customer service team to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Package Your Return

Securely package all items being returned. Include your RMA number clearly visible on or inside the box. Include all original components and accessories.

Ship Your Return

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label — your return transit is already covered by the Embedded Postage & Logistics Fee built into your purchase. Drop the package with the carrier and keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation. Funds are returned to your original payment method.


Return Shipping


Standard Returns

  • A prepaid return shipping label is provided once your RMA is issued
  • Return processing and carrier transit costs are covered by the Embedded Postage & Logistics Fee
  • That fee is non-refundable and is deducted from your refund
  • UV Bulbs — NO REFUNDS EVER

Our Errors

  • Prepaid return label provided at no cost
  • Replacement shipped via expedited shipping at no cost
  • Full refund including original shipping charges if preferred

Refund Information


✓ What's Refunded

  • Product purchase price (minus the non-refundable Postage & Logistics fee)
  • Taxes paid on the product

✗ What's NOT Refunded

  • Embedded Postage & Logistics Fee (non-refundable)
  • Original customs duties & import taxes (international orders)

Processing Time

7–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and refund processing, plus an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund on your statement.
