Pausing Shipments

Pause Policy Details

$10 pause fee per request. Must request at least 14 days before next shipment. Maximum 1 pause in 5 consecutive years. Membership benefits continue during pause.

Eligibility

Valid only for genuine BioShieldUV products. One membership per unit. Memberships are non-transferable. Available in the US and Canada only.

Defective bulbs receive REPLACEMENT ONLY — NO REFUNDS. UV bulbs are never refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all Guardian Club bulb shipments without exception.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

No. The 10-month delivery schedule is fixed for all Guardian Club members and cannot be modified.

NO REFUNDS on UV bulbs — ever. Defective bulbs within the 6-month warranty period get free replacement only.

What if I sell my unit?
