To qualify:
Photograph your coil within 14 days of installing, run the unit 24/7 with direct line-of-sight to the coil, and submit your refund request within 100 days of purchase.
What is covered:
Full refund of the product price and shipping, across all BioShieldUV™ Apxshield (Classic) and Magshield (Magnetic) systems. You keep the unit as well.
What is not covered:
Coils where contamination is dust or mineral deposits, systems not operated continuously or without proper positioning, and replacement bulbs or unauthorized purchases.
How to claim your Refund
Email support@bioshielduv.com with your before and after photos and your order number. We will issue a full refund within 10 business days & you keep the unit.
