A full refund of the product purchase price including original shipping, for customers who do not observe a visible improvement in coil condition between their Day 0 and Day 90 photographs. Applies to all BioShieldUV™ UV-C systems across the Classic and Magnetic Series.
Non-biological contamination such as dust, dirt, and mineral deposits. Systems not operated continuously at 24/7 during the 90-day window. Installations without direct line-of-sight to the coil face. Replacement bulbs and accessories. Purchases through unauthorised resellers. Commercial and industrial applications. Consequential damages and installation costs.
Product must be purchased from bioshielduv.com or our official Amazon store. Day 0 photograph must be submitted within 14 days of installation. Day 90 photograph must be submitted between Day 80 and Day 100. Refund request must be submitted within 100 days of original purchase.
Email support@bioshielduv.com with your order number and both photographs. Claims are reviewed within 5 business days and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
