Eligibility Requirements

  1. Product purchased directly from BioShieldUV (bioshielduv.com or our official Amazon store)
  2. Before photo submitted within 14 days of installation
  3. System properly installed with direct line-of-sight to the coil, within 12–36″
  4. Continuous 24/7 operation for the full 90-day period
  5. After photo submitted between 80–100 days after installation
  6. Biological fouling was present on the coil at time of “before” photo
  7. Refund request submitted within 100 days of purchase date

What IS Covered

  • Full refund of the product purchase price
  • Full refund of any shipping costs paid by the customer
  • Applies to all BioShieldUV UV-C systems (Classic & Magnetic Series)

What is NOT Covered

  • Coils where primary contamination is non-biological (dust, dirt, mineral deposits). Learn the difference →

  • Systems without direct line-of-sight lamp positioning
  • Replacement bulbs or accessories (only the UV-C system unit qualifies)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

  • Consequential damages, installation costs, or professional service fees

The Refund Process

  1. Email us at support@bioshielduv.com with your order number, before photo, and after photo
  2. Our team reviews your submission within 5 business days
  3. If approved, full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
  4. You may keep the UV-C system — we don’t require you to return it

Important Limitations

This guarantee covers visible coil cleanliness, decreased pressure drop, and improved heat transfer as general outcomes of proper UV-C coil treatment. Individual results vary based on installation quality, system configuration, climate, and severity of initial contamination.

BioShieldUV makes no pesticidal claims. This guarantee does not cover air disinfection, pathogen elimination, health outcomes, or any claims beyond the three physical improvements described above.

This guarantee is in addition to (not a replacement for) our standard 90-day return policy and product warranty.
