Same-day dispatch is only from our own warehouses in California and Florida, and only before 1:00 PM local time. Everywhere else ships the next business day, and we step in if the carrier does not collect the package inside the window below.
During peak season (November–January) processing can take one to two extra business days.
The package is packed and labeled, and the carrier has not taken it. If that is still true when the window below ends, we step in that same day: we chase the warehouse, or we cancel that shipment and send it again.
USPS often collects a package without scanning it straight away, so a shorter window would replace packages that were already on their way. Whatever warehouse a USPS package ships from, that is the clock we use.
Every number on this page is in business days. Weekends and that carrier's own holidays do not count. Each clock starts at the event named beside it, not at the moment you placed the order.
The rest of how we ship is on our Shipping & Delivery page. What we do when a delivery is late, lost, or coming back is on When we send a replacement.
