The carrier has your order and could not complete the delivery. They need someone to tell them when or where to try again — and only you can do that.
You do not need to send us anything. The parcel is with the carrier, and only the carrier can reschedule it. Replying to us adds a day and ends with this same instruction.
The carrier gave one of three reasons. Each needs something slightly different from you, so find the one that matches the message you were sent.
Something in the address does not resolve for the carrier — a missing unit or apartment number, a spelling their system will not accept, or a building it cannot find. Give them the corrected address directly, using the carrier links on this page. Correcting it with us instead does not reach them, because the parcel is already in their hands.
They attempted the delivery and could not hand it over or leave it safely. Most carriers hold it for a limited number of days and then send it back. Book a redelivery for a day you will be in, or nominate a pickup point or a safe place.
The delivery was declined at the door, or stopped before it was attempted. If that was not what you intended — someone else answered, or it was refused by mistake — tell the carrier promptly, because once it starts travelling back the options narrow. If you did mean to refuse it, reply to the email that brought you here and we will handle the return instead.
