Germicidal performance lab tested at Intertek Columbus Microbiology Laboratory to ASTM E3135. The power adapter is ETL certified. The complete unit is not yet ETL listed; certification is in progress.

BioShieldUV® devices and bulbs are tuned to emit a wavelength of 253.7 nm – the most effective germicidal UV wavelength that does not generate ozone. This makes them safer for daily use in occupied spaces.
